If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including the shoe box and all protective tissue.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt.
